The 2015 festival held over the weekend of the 11th & 12th of July produced some great weights even though the locals tell us it wasn't fishing as expected.
Mixed bags and some top weights of roach, perch, tench and some bream were caught on the Dromore system lakes of Drumlona, Bairds Shore, Bream Rock in section 1 and 3 stretches on Lough Egish for section 2. 67 anglers from Ireland and the UK participated in the match a fine example of the Irish festival experience with fresh bait sold on site on Saturday morning and a few sore heads on Sunday. A total prize fund of over €4000 was paid.
